Image and video hosting by TinyPic ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed and shipped during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays).

Any orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. 

ORDER TRACKING 

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the USPS site. For delivery questions, please check your tracking number, and if you have additional concerns email kissbydede@gmail.com

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We are NOT currently accepting international orders.

Refund/Exchange Policy

(No Refund, Exchange Only) All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. 

Damaged Items / Order Errors

If your order arrives with missing products, errors or damaged items, please email us at kissbydede@gmail.com with your order number and an explanation of the issue. One of our customer service representatives will be in touch with you within two business days or sooner to make it right.
